These Terms & Conditions apply when you shop at TheLongevityShop.se. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Legal & Health Disclaimer.

The store operates under The Longevity Shop name. For current operator and contact details, please contact Customer Care before placing an order.

We work to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate and up to date. Manufacturers may occasionally change formulations, packaging or labelling; the information supplied with the physical product always takes precedence.

Food supplements are not medicinal products. Please read our Legal & Health Disclaimer before purchasing supplements or wellness products.

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. A binding purchase agreement is formed when we confirm your order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of obvious pricing errors, stock errors or suspected misuse, and will always notify you if this happens.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include Swedish VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.

Available delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

When your order ships you will receive tracking information where the chosen delivery method supports it.

As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler), counted from the day you receive your product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken, or to other exceptions provided by law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us through Customer Care before returning any product. Our Returns & Refunds page explains the practical steps.

If a product is faulty or incorrect, you have rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), including repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Contact us through Customer Care as soon as possible and describe the issue; include your order number and, where relevant, photos of the product.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under mandatory Swedish or European Union consumer protection legislation.

These terms and purchases made through TheLongevityShop.se are governed by Swedish law and mandatory EU consumer protection legislation.

Disputes should primarily be resolved in dialogue with us. If we cannot reach a solution, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that purchase.
