Privacy Policy
How we handle your personal data when you shop, create an account or contact us — clearly and in accordance with the GDPR.
1. Who Is Responsible
The company operating TheLongevityShop.se is responsible for your personal data. You can request its current legal identity and contact details through our Customer Care page.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
When you shop with us we process the information needed to complete your order: your name, contact details, delivery address, order contents and payment confirmation (payments themselves are processed by our payment providers; we never store full card details).
If you contact us through our contact form, we process your name, email address, optional order number, chosen topic and your message in order to respond to you.
If you create a customer account, your account and order history are managed within our ecommerce platform.
3. Why We Process Your Data
To fulfil your order and deliver your products (performance of a contract).
To handle returns, refunds, complaints and warranty matters (contract and legal obligation).
To answer your questions and provide customer care (legitimate interest).
To meet bookkeeping and accounting requirements (legal obligation).
To send marketing communications only where you have given your consent (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and as required by law. Order and accounting records are retained for the period required by Swedish accounting legislation; customer care messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your case.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased in certain circumstances, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through our Customer Care page.
8. Complaints
If you believe we process your personal data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
