Question 1

How do I place an order?

Add the products you want to your cart and complete checkout. Checkout, payment and order confirmation are handled securely by Shopify, and your confirmation is emailed to you as soon as the order is placed.

Question 2

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been passed to fulfilment it may no longer be possible to change it, so the sooner you write, the more we can do.

Where can I find my order number?

Accepted Answer

Your order number is in your order confirmation email and in your customer account under your order history.

Question 4

How can I check my order status?

Accepted Answer

Sign in to your customer account to see the current status of each order. If anything looks unclear, contact us with your order number and we will check it for you.

Question 5

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Delivery time depends on the product and where it ships from. We are finalising the exact details for this and will publish them here shortly. In the meantime, contact us and we will answer your specific case directly.

Question 6

Where do you ship?

We ship within the Nordics and to selected other markets. We are finalising the exact details for this and will publish them here shortly. In the meantime, contact us and we will answer your specific case directly.

Question 7

Accepted Answer

Yes. When your order is dispatched you receive a shipping confirmation, and tracking is also available in your customer account.

Question 8

Why hasn't my tracking information updated yet?

Accepted Answer

Tracking can take a little time to activate after a label is created, and updates only appear when the carrier scans the parcel. If it has not moved for an unusually long time, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.

Question 9

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Our full return policy is published on the Returns & Refunds page. We are finalising the exact details for this and will publish them here shortly. In the meantime, contact us and we will answer your specific case directly.

Is my payment secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payment is processed by Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Specifications are listed on each product page as supplied by the manufacturer. If something you need is missing, contact us and we will find out.

Question 18

Are your products science-informed?

We select products from established brands in health technology, recovery and longevity, and we describe them using the manufacturer's own documentation. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

Question 19

Accepted Answer

Accounts are handled by our secure Shopify customer account. Open My Account and follow the sign-in step to create yours.
