When your body runs on fat, acetone appears in your breath. The KT-37B measures it in ppm and shows where you are on the ketosis scale, from not in ketosis (0–1 ppm) up to deep ketosis (10–40 ppm). Blow into the mouthpiece for five seconds and the reading is done.

How to use
Wait at least 30 minutes after eating, drinking or brushing your teeth. Switch on the device and let it warm up, then blow steadily into the mouthpiece for about 5 seconds until it signals. Read the value on the device or in the app. Test at the same time each day for a comparable trend.
Good to know
Breath acetone is an indicator of ketosis for diet and lifestyle tracking. This is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose or manage any condition, including diabetes or ketoacidosis. Alcohol, mouthwash and some foods can affect the reading. Sensor lifetime and battery capacity will be added once confirmed with the supplier.
